Tom Pedersen

Tom has over 40 years' experience in Asia, developing individuals and organizations to lead with purpose. He specializes in creating aligned organizational cultures where executives, teams, and individuals can contribute their very best at work each day.

Tom works with executive teams throughout Asia, helping steward their journeys of innovation and transformation. With decades of experience as a senior HR executive and an external consultant, Tom brings unique perspectives to teams and organizations that need to find different ways to work. His recent assignments have been working with teams and leaders to catalyze their innovation journeys, utilizing his vast experiences coupled with the BentoBox Innovation methodologies.

Tom has been a keynote speaker and panelist at a host of talent and leadership conferences in Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Korea, and Thailand, and an in-demand partner and coach working with executives and top teams throughout Asia.

Julie has more than 25 years’ experience in training, coaching and consulting. Her areas of expertise are in Communications, Executive Coaching and Leadership, Team Effectiveness and Organizational Development.

She has worked as a consultant, executive coach, facilitator and trainer in the private, corporate, governmental, educational and non-profit sectors. Her professional experience includes a 16-year career at American Express International in Tokyo, Japan where she managed the internal learning and training function, provided executive coaching/development, talent planning, high potential development, assessments, and leader and team effectiveness solutions.

Julie has extensive experience and capabilities in program design, development and deployment of training and enterprise-wide organizational initiatives. She has worked extensively with teams throughout Asia using BentoBox methodologies in imagining futures, planning forward and generating powerful ideas.
